DAY 1

• Arrival at Ataturk Airport for 4 nights in Istanbul staying at the ‘Blue Pearl’ Apartment in Beyoglu district
• During this first part of our visit to Istanbul we decided to leave the famous Mosques and Palace of Sultanahment district until our return visit in 7 days when we would be staying in the Sultanahment disctict for 3 nights
• Dinner – Hayat Cihangir Restaurant, Beyoglu

• Morning exploring the Grand Bazaar
• Lunch -
• Exploring the district of Ortakoy along the Bosphorus
• Dinner – Vogue Restaurant & Bar

• Day trip to Gallipoli

• Late afternoon flight from Istanbul-Ataturk Airport to Nevsehir in Cappadoccia, staying 3 nights at ‘Serinn House’ in Urgup

• Dawn Balloon Flight  with Kapadokya Balloons.

DAY 8

• Mid afternoon flight from Kayseri  to Izmir. Collecting a hire car  from Circular Car Rental for the 1.5 hour drive to Alacati, staying 4 nights at the Alura Boutique Hotel
• Our stay in Alacati was purposely layed back, spending time to stroll the narrow streets of this charming town and not feel obliged to be visiting sites every moment of every day
